Called Durkan Regen, the arm will offer services including asset regeneration, planned maintenance and compliance services around damp, mould, fire safety, decarbonisation and cladding issues.
Recently hired managing director Dan Germann heads up this new unit.
He has previously held senior roles at Keepmoat Regeneration, Apollo Group, Engie and EQUANS UK.
